About Me |
|
From October 2001 to August 2003, I studied in the Masters of Asian Public Policy Program (APPP) of Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo, Japan with the first-time scholarship in Vietnam from Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE). After going back to NEU, since November 2003, I have also worked as a researcher Vietnam Development Forum (VDF) Hanoi - a joint research project between NEU and National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo. During October 2005 - September 2008, I completed a PhD program in Public Policy at GRIPS, and worked as a research fellow at the Vietnam Development Forum (VDF) Tokyo. Since September 2009, I have also worked for Indochina Research and Consulting (IRC) as a research fellow in charge of social protection studies. Also, since 20 October 2010 I have worked as Deputy Director of the Vietnam-Netherlands Center for Development Economics and Public Policy (CDEPP) of the NEU. On 11 November 2010, CDEPP was fully-fledged to Institute of Public Policy and Management (IPPM) and I am working as Vice Director. During the time of working and doing
research, I have realized that networking is one of the most important parts of
academic life, particularly when you want to exchange information with someone
who are living and working far from you. Moreover, working and studying in
Vietnam and abroad have also provided me different visions and thoughts about my
work at NEU as well as VDF. Therefore, I decided to create this website to
exchange teaching and research information with colleagues, students, and
friends. This is totally not for commercial purposes, and thus no advertisements
are allowed! If you want to
exchange research information, as well as provide your comments and suggestions
on my research, please feel free to write to me via the below addresses: |
