On 14-15 September 2009, I participated at the conference "Quality of Growth: Approaches to Inclusive Development in Asian Societies", funded by GTZ and organized in New Delhi, India. I presented the situation of Vietnam with various information on economic growth and social protection development. Along with me in the panel, there were two presenters from Germany and a presenter from Nepal. We could exchange numerous experiences in growth and social protection system design and impact evaluation.
